Here’s what’s new this week inside Coachio — fresh features, improvements, and announcements to help you build faster and deliver better results for your clients.

You can view every update anytime at coachiohub.com/changelog.

Automations: Merge Duplicate Contacts Automatically

You can now automatically merge duplicate contacts directly inside your workflows.

This new Merge Contact action detects duplicates and merges them without requiring manual cleanup.

What you can do:

  • Automatically detect duplicates by email, phone number, or both

  • Merge contacts inside any workflow

  • Preserve the older contact record to keep historical data intact

  • View full merge activity inside Execution Logs

Why this matters

  • Duplicate contacts can cause messy CRMs, duplicate messages, and inaccurate reporting. Now your workflows can keep your contact database clean automatically.

Courses: Welcome Badges Now Auto-Issued

Courses can now automatically issue a Welcome Badge when a learner enrolls.

This helps recognize students immediately without requiring any setup.

What’s included:

  • Every new course includes a pre-attached Welcome Badge

  • Automatically issued when a learner joins

  • Five curated badge templates available

  • Creators can disable the badge anytime by setting it to Draft

Why this matters

  • Learners feel recognized from day one and badge adoption happens automatically without extra work.

Email Builder: Export Email Performance Data

You can now export your email performance data directly from the Email Statistics section.

Exports are delivered as a CSV file with key metrics for analysis or reporting.

What you can export

  • All campaigns

  • Email marketing campaigns only

  • Workflow emails (individual email actions)

  • Bulk email actions

Additional improvements

  • Export files are sent via secure email download link

  • Links remain valid for 30 days

  • Includes metrics like deliveries, opens, and clicks

  • New Recent Downloads section to track your exports

Automations: Sticky Notes Now in Standard Builder

Sticky Notes are now available inside the Standard Workflow Builder, making workflows easier to organize and collaborate on.

You can now add visual notes directly inside your workflows.

New capabilities

  • Add notes anywhere on the workflow canvas

  • Color-code sections or branches

  • Insert images or logos

  • Add formatted instructions or links

  • Resize and position notes freely

Good to know

  • Sticky Notes are visual only and do not affect automation logic.

Automations: Trigger Descriptions in Workflow Builder

Workflow triggers now include built-in descriptions to help you understand exactly what each trigger does.

What’s improved

  • Clear, human-readable trigger descriptions

  • Visible when browsing or selecting triggers

  • Easier trigger selection during workflow setup

This removes guesswork and helps you build automations faster.
