Media Storage: Canva Integration

You can now connect Canva directly inside Media Storage.

This allows you to browse, edit, and import designs without switching tabs.

What you can do

  • Browse Canva designs inside Media Storage

  • Edit designs directly in Canva

  • Import updated files into My Media

  • Manage assets in one place

Why this matters

  • This removes the constant switching between Canva and Coachio and speeds up your creative workflow.

Calendars: Improved Calendar Settings Experience

Calendar settings have been redesigned to make setup clearer and easier to navigate.

Improvements include

  • Structured sections for better organization

  • Contextual helper text explaining each setting

  • Wider layout for improved readability

  • Reduced scrolling when configuring calendars

Sections now include:

  • Basic details

  • Staff and location

  • Availability

  • Booking rules

  • Advanced settings

Client Portal & Communities: Security Improvements

We’ve added several security upgrades to the Client Portal and Communities.

New improvements

  • Short-lived magic login links for better security

  • Option to invalidate all sessions during password reset

  • Protection against user enumeration attacks

  • API updates to prevent unintended data changes

  • Improved XSS protection
