The Coachio Minute #18
“Most people don’t fail from lack of knowledge. They fail from lack of consistency.”
They start strong.
Then disappear.
Then start again next week.
They wait to feel motivated.
They chase the next “better” plan.
They confuse starting with finishing.
Lesson
Consistency is the real skill.
Not motivation.
Not information.
Not even discipline on its own.
It’s the ability to keep going after the excitement fades.
Most coaches try to fix inconsistency by adding more.
More tools. More structure. More complexity.
But the problem isn’t what they’re doing.
It’s that they’re not doing it long enough.
Consistency beats intensity. Every time.
Strategy
Shrink the commitment.
Instead of chasing the perfect routine, lower the bar so much it becomes automatic.
For example:
Instead of “I’ll post every day,” commit to “I’ll post 3 times a week, no matter what.”
Simple. Repeatable. Non-negotiable.
You don’t need a better plan.
You need a plan you’ll actually stick to.
Action
Pick one thing you’ve been inconsistent with and reduce it to the smallest version you can commit to for the next 7 days.

PS
Motivation is great… until it disappears on Wednesday.
