The Coachio Minute #19

The Coachio Minute #19

Clarity removes negotiation.

They don’t say no.

They just pause.

And you lower the price before they even react.

You call it flexibility.

But it’s uncertainty.

You think you’re reading the room.

But you’re reacting to your own discomfort.

So the number moves.

Because nothing else feels locked in.

Lesson

Price only feels negotiable when the offer feels unstable.

If you’re still tweaking how you explain it…

Still adjusting what’s included…

Still unsure if it’s “worth it”…

Your brain tries to compensate by softening the price.

Not because they pushed.

But because you don’t fully stand on it yet.

And the second it moves once…

It becomes movable every time.

Strategy

Lock the offer before you try to sell it.

Same outcome.

Same structure.

Same price.

No mid-call edits.

No “I’ll just adjust this part.”

Example:

Instead of “It’s usually $2k but I can…”

You say: “It’s $2k. This is what we do. This is what you get.”

Then stop talking.

Let them respond to something solid.

Action

Pick one offer, one price, and commit to not changing it for your next 5 sales conversations.

Every new Coachio client gets a free website build included — your niche, your offer, your systems, all set up for you. If you want me to map it out and build it, reply with “SITE.”

PS

If you’re negotiating before they are… it’s not a sales problem.
