At Coachio, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring that you are satisfied with your subscription. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Below are the details regarding our refund policy:
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility: The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first month of subscription. To be eligible, you must request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, please submit your request within 14 days of your first payment. Refunds will only be issued for the first month of the subscription.
Non-Refundable Items
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
Coachio Concierge: No refunds are available for any services related to Coachio Concierge.
Onboarding Calls: If you have attended at least one of the two onboarding calls, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Migration Service: If work has begun on the Coachio migration service, it is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund:
Cancel Your Subscription: Log in to your Coachio account and navigate to the Billing section in your account settings to cancel your subscription.
Submit a Refund Request: After canceling, contact our support team via email ([email protected]) to request a refund. Please include your account details (name, email, and subscription date).
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Refund Exceptions:
Refunds will not be granted if:
You violate the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
You engage in any fraudulent activities or misuse of the platform.
Refund Currency & Method
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment and will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Coachio reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
